Today was a very good day

Among my many accomplishments:

  1. Got up

  2. Answered the phone

  3. Scored a job interview (see items 1 and 2)

  4. Laid bricks

  5. Got dirty

  6. Enjoyed fine weather

  7. Received a sunburn

  8. Built fire in new fire pit (see items 4-7)

  9. Cooked steaks (see item 8)

  10. Ate steaks

- watched ducks act aggressively toward one another
- Teased animals with steak
- Fed steak to family (did not tease)

Coming up:
- Will clean up messes from bricklaying/cooking
- WHO KNOWS??!?
- PROBABLY SLEEP!

so um, why didn't item ten have "(see item 9)" following it?

i know i got pretty confused as to how and why you were eating steak, and it sure would've helped to have a reference point. gosh.

Durr, It's kind of implied. I just told you I cooked steaks. DURRR.

Today was less good. I didn't sleep too well because of all the hurty sun burnage on my back, Roger woke me up all early by climbing in my window and meowing, meowing until I had to put him out.

And in the course of the day I found myself running around picking up a bunch of boards that fell off our truck on the corner of 38th and Adams Streets. That was my least favorite part.
